After a very long and endless drama since the last general elections, today’s event is quite significant. Our Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak being sworn in a our country’s sixth Prime Minister amidst time of uncertainties and hardships. From a common man perspective, this change can bode well if Datuk Seri Najib brings a new era to the Malaysian political landscape filled with economic improvements, reforms, clear actions and transparency.

I do not want to dwell too much into his past and all the negative things that has been brought up in the blogsphere lately. He is our Prime Minister and let us allow him time to carry out his duties. Whatever he does will be judged by history at the end of the day. Afterall I strongly believe he has got a massive task ahead of him and time will only tell how he fares especially when the next general election comes around. One thing I am glad about though is that we finally have a charismatic leader and here’s hoping he uses it for the betterment of our country and her people.

Anyways, we wish him good health and all the best in leading our beloved country to greatness. Congratulations and God Bless Datuk Seri Najib!
